THE KENFIG SOCIETY - CYMDEITHAS CYNFFIG

Kenfig Picture Albums
The Society has, over the years collected a large number of pictures. Some relate to Society activities; others are old pictures of historical interest; some are pictures which have been used in various Society  publications.
They have been made available as part of this website  using the “Web Album” facility of the free Google Picasa software.
The Albums will open in a separate window and after closing it you will return to this page

A collection of pictures showing some of the activities in which the Society has been involved over the years.

A set of photographs of  places of local interest, which have been used as illustrations in the Society booklet entitled “Time Trekker.

Some general views of this well known landmark, which was created when the influx of sand blocked the passage to the sea of a series of freshwater springs.

With a maximum depth of about 8 feet, there is not the slightest truth in the story that “The Ancient City of Kenfig” lies drowned in its depths.
